18/02/2024With the aim of qualifying working staff and improving administrative frameworks and developing human resources, the National Institute of Administration, in cooperation with Al-Baath University, carried out a dialogue meeting about the institute and its pioneering role in modernizing public administrations at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, in preparation for the launch of the twenty-second preparatory course organized by the Institute.
President of Al-Baath University, Prof. Abdul Basit Al Khatib, confirmed that the university is working to graduate distinguished cadres, provide all forms of support, deepen joint cooperation between the university and the institute, and provide all facilities to the trainees, with the aim of developing their skills and qualifying them to contribute to the reconstruction phase.
The university vice-president for scientific affairs, Prof. Maan Salameh, pointed out the importance of the dialogue meeting as it introduces the graduates of various disciplines to the institute and train them to be development and reform leaders in the government institutions. He also indicated that the institute is concerned with preparing human resources and improving service and economic institutions.
In turn, Vice-President of the Executive Office of Homs Governorate, Eng. Aber Abboud, pointed out that the science of administration has developed rapidly and become a source of competition between countries and big companies, noting the important role of the institute in the institutions especially that its graduates have proven themselves in many public authorities.
The institute dean, Prof. Abdul Hamid Al-Khalil, also spoke about the institute, the practical skills it provides, and the twenty-first preparatory course it organizes. He also pointed to its role in providing public authorities with qualified cadres and presenting important researches

The meeting was attended by the university vice-presidents, Prof. Mahmoud Hadid and Prof. Nidal Sattouf, the university secretary, Prof. Fadi Murshed, the dean of the faculty of tourism, Prof. Munther Al-Naser, the member of the executive office of Homs governorate, Prof.Tamam Al-Sibai, the deputy dean of the institute, Prof. Fida Al-Nasser, and the member of the institute teaching staff, Prof. Ayat Al-Hallaq.
