Al-Baath University Council reviewed during its ninth session chaired by the university president, Prof. Abdul Basit Al Khatib, the reality of the examination process at the faculties and institutes in the university.
Prof. Al Khatib confirmed that the exams which have begun on 21 January 2024 are going well without obstacles, especially that the university has provided all exam requirements, emphasizing the necessity of following the exam instructions and detecting cheating cases to be referred to the relevant committees in an accurate and comprehensive manner. He also stressed that the deans and deputy-deans have to perform periodic tours to the examination halls to supervise the progress of the examinations in an optimal way.
The council also reviewed the process of completing the electronic academic book . Prof. Al Khatib also confirmed the need to accelerate the completion of all books in all specializations and post them on the university website, noting that the university has extended the registration of new students until to 02/08/2024.
The council also discussed a number of academic and administrative scientific issues on its agenda and took appropriate decisions.
