First semester exams start at Al-Baath University and about 86,000 students take the exams which last for one month in 21 faculties and 4 institutes.

President of Al-Baath University, Prof. Abdul Basit Al Khatib, and the secretary of B.A.S.P branch at the university, Prof. Fayeq Shadood, indicated ,during their tour to the faculties of tourism and architecture and arts and humanities, that the university has completed all necessary preparations for the exam process and provided appropriate atmosphere for students, noting that the exam schedule has been posted on the university official website.

Prof. Al Khatib emphasized that the faculty deans and the heads of departments have to make sure that the exam questions are clear and objective, to give students sufficient time for each exam, and to immediately correct the exam papers for announcing the results without delay and posting them on the university website. He wished success to all students.
