Al-Baath University honours the distinguished students in the scientific fields and sports competitions

As part of the university continuous support for student talents, Al-Baath University honored a number of students distinguished in scientific fields and sports competitions. Students Samer Mahfouz, Youssef Mahfouz and Nour Zaazouaa were honored for their excellence in the Persian Language , and student Muhammed Nassif from the Faculty of Law was honored for winning first place in physical strength at the level of Syrian universities.President of Al-Baath University, Prof. Abdul Basit Al Khatib, has stressed that the university is proud of the excellence of students and supports them to develop their talents and achieve academic excellence. The member of party leadership at the university branch and the head of the youth office, Mr. Jaber Al Istanbouli, has pointed out that the honoring reflects the excellent outputs of university and motivates students to continue their educational attainment.The honouring ceremony was attended by the university vice-presidents, Prof. Maan Salameh and Prof. Nidal Sattouf, and the head of the student union at the university branch, Mr. Ali Hammadi.
