President of Al-Baath University, Prof. Abdul Basit Al Khatib, praised the success of the People’s Assembly elections for the fourth legislative term, which demonstrated the power of Syrian people’s will in pursuing their national aspirations. He also thanked the national cadres who had been involved in the transparent and well-organized electoral process at the university polls.
In addition, the council reviewed the examination process in the faculties and institutes, as the university has provided all requirements for an optimal conduct of examinations in an appropriate atmosphere. The deans of the faculties have been directed to implement the examination instructions and to make sure that the exam questions are clear and objective .
The council reviewed the process of digital transformation which is considered an essential part of the higher education sector development and transformation strategy, and emphasized the importance of periodic meetings to evaluate the performance.
