Council of Al Baath University specifies the dates of practical and theoritical exams for the academic year 2022-2023

18/05/2023Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Maan Salameh, and the Dean of the Faculty of Informatics Engineering, inspected the unified informatics exam conducted by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation for fifth-year students (under graduation) at the faculties of informatics engineering (software-networks-artificial intelligence) in public and private universities and graduates of non-Syrian universities and students wishing to apply for postgraduate studies.
Prof. Salameh indicated that the number of applicants for the exam reached about 160 students; 85 students from Al-Baath University and 75 students from private universities, the Syrian Virtual University and Tishreen University. The two-hour exam for students wishing to graduate included 50 questions in artificial intelligence, software engineering, networks, databases, algorithms, and data structures. Whereas the exam for students wishing to apply for admission sorting of postgraduate included 25 specialized questions in software engineering, networks, and artificial intelligence, in addition to 25 questions from common themes.
The student must have an average of 50% for graduation, while the condition to enroll in graduate studies is to have an average of 60% in the exam.
