Directorate of Financial Affairs

The Directorate of Financial Affairs at Al-Baath University is responsible for managing all financial and accounting matters for the university, from the collection of revenues and disbursement of expenses, in addition to the institutes affiliated with Al-Baath University. It is also responsible for implementing the budget approved by the Ministry of Finance through management accountants (the accountant of payroll management and the accountant of expenditure management) who are appointed by the Ministry of Finance and are affiliated in their staffing to the Ministry of Finance.

The salary accountant is responsible for managing everything related to the salaries of university employees in all faculties, including doctors, heads of departments and employees. and what is related to the salaries of the staff of the Presidency of the University itself, and under it in the hierarchical organization of the administrative authority are the salary accountants in the faculties and the salary audit staff in the Directorate of Financial Affairs.

While the expenditure accountant is responsible for managing all the expenses of Al-Baath University in its various faculties, both investment and current, and both the expense accountants in the faculties and the expenditure audit staff in the Directorate of Financial Affairs.
