A master thesis entitled” “The role of marketing knowledge management in enhancing the competitiveness of hotel establishments” was discussed by the researcher Nagham Ibrahim, under the supervision of Prof. Murhaf Al Hammoud.
The judging panel comprised the following professors: Prof. Murhaf Al Hammoud, Prof. Haitham Hasan, and Prof. Razan Khalil.
At the end of the discussion, the researcher Nagham Ibrahim Issa was awarded a master’s degree in hotel management with a very good grade.
