Council of Al-Baath University holds its first session for the academic year 2024-2025

President of Al-Baath University, Prof. Abdul Basit Al Khatib, congratulated, during the first council session for the academic year 2024-2025, the newly assigned deans and wished them success in their tasks, thanking the former deans for their efforts. Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Bassam Ibrahim, issued a decision stipulating the appointment of some faculty members at Al-Baath University in scientific and administrative positions for two years. Ten deans have been appointed. Prof. Al Khatib also congratulated students, teaching staff, and employees with the start of the new academic year 2024-2025, wishing a year full of diligence and hard work. Moreover, he called on teaching staff and students to continue education and intensify efforts for achieving excellence and developing horizons of scientific research and knowledge at the university. The council set the date of supplementary course exams for the graduates who have not passed at most four courses to begin on 10/7/2024 and end on 10/17/2024. Prof. Al Khatib stressed the need to issue results accurately and without delay. In addition, the council reviewed the progress of work at the center of admission sorting for the educational qualification diploma, noting that receiving applications continues until Thursday 9/19/2024.
