A doctoral dissertation entitled “Studying the optimal conditions for manufacturing yoghurt by adding plant extracts” was discussed by the researcher Ali Dardar at the Faculty of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering, under the supervision of Prof. Ramadan Atra and Prof. Bodour Ajeeb.
