The university president, Prof. Abdul Basit Al Khatib, congratulated the Syrian students on the occasion of the 74th anniversary of the Syrian Arab Student Day, wishing the university students permanent success and superiority as the educated youth are the hope and the present and future of the country. He also congratulated the christians who follow the Western calendar on the occasion of the Easter feast.
During the meeting of the Fund’s Board of Directors, headed by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Bassam Ibrahim, the university president, Prof. Al Khatib, indicated to the importance of scientific research projects that are supported by the scientific research and technological development fund of higher education, noting that the fund encourages the publication of scientific research in internally and externally accredited journals.
Prof. Al-Khatib also stressed that there should be no delay in issuing the exam results for the open education exams and publishing them immediately on the websites of every faculty and addressing the low success rates.
