A master dissertation entitled “The impact of the dimensions of hotel service quality on customer loyalty-a field study on Al-Safir hotel in Homs” was discussed by the researcher Laila Muhammad Youssef at the Faculty of Tourism, under the supervision of Prof. Murhaf Al-Hamoud.
