816 students took the entrance exam for the Faculty of Architecture at Al Baath University for the academic year 2023-2024
During his visit to inspect the progress of the exams, President of Al Baath University, Prof. Abdul Bassit Al Khatib, emphasized the importance of this examination for the selection of competent students for studying at the faculty which constitutes a specificity in the field of drawing, creativity and art. The president indicated that the exam is standard and aims to know the students’ proficiency in architecture and their strength of observation of the things around them.
In turn, Prof. Rolana Rabie, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, indicated that the number of applicants for the exam reached 816 students, and that it includes three levels in drawing: free drawing that indicates construction and movement, free drawing of a specific shape, and and drawing (using the sketching method from memory).
Prof. Adnan Sheikh Hammoud and Prof. Imad Massouh, members of the party leadership at the university branch, participated in the tour.
