A master dissertation entitled “The effect of selecting and appointing human resources on improving the quality of hotel services” (a field study on a number of five-star hotels in the Syrian Arab Republic) was discussed by the researcher Muhammad Suleiman Al amin.
The judging panel comprised the following professors: Prof. Munther Al nasser, Prof. Ahmad Hammoud, Prof. Murhaf Al hamoud

At the end of the discussion, the researcher Muhammad Suleiman Al amin was awarded a master degree with a very good grade.
