A master’s dissertation entitled” The role of internal work environment on the creative thinking of the workers in the hotel facilities” ( field study on the four star and five star hotels in the middle area ” Homs and Hama”) was discussed by the student Layal Ahmad Khuraibet at the Faculty of Tourism, under the supervision of Prof. Munther Al naser and Prof. Adnan Khadour.
The judging panel comprised the following professors: Prof. Munther Al naser, Prof. Ahmad Hammoud and Prof. Murhaf Al hammoud

At the end of the discussion, the researcher Layal Ahmad Khuriabet was awarded a master’s degree in tourism with a very good grade.
