        How university councils work

        Audit office of the university councils

        It is the office responsible for:
        1. Receipt of incoming mail, including decisions of Al-Baath University faculties councils, and various other topics from the directorates and different authorities.
        2. He checks the necessary documents for each subject, completes the shortcomings, and prepares the subject for presentation to the competent councils, where there is a list of documents needed to study each subject that needs to be presented to the competent university councils.

        4. Distributing mail to the concerned councils according to the nature of the topics, either to the Council of Scientific Affairs, Scientific Research and Graduate Studies, the University Council, or to other directorates.

        Council of scientific affairs

        It is the office responsible for preparing and preparing for the sessions of the Council of Scientific Affairs, as it is held every 15 days under the chairmanship of the Vice President for Scientific Affairs and the membership of the professors, the deans of the faculties for scientific affairs, and a representative of the Teachers’ Union and the Students’ Union.         3. Distribute the decisions with their supporting documents to the concerned authorities for implementation.
        4. Archiving these decisions and arranging the documents according to their own files.
        5. Preparing the minutes of the meeting, including an indexing of the decisions taken, and circulating them to all concerned parties.

        Council of scientific research and higher studies

        It is the office responsible for:

        It is the office responsible for:
